- No spam (flooding the channel/color abuse).
- No WB (welcome back) messages.
- No away scripts.
- No Guest nicks.
- No voice/op begging.
- No clones. (Except for file servers)
File servers:
- Licensed anime is NOT allowed. Serving porn/hentai/warez/MP3's are also NOT allowed.
- File server advertisements aren't allowed. Only TDCC's or XDCC's with a small listing are allowed to advertise, with a 60 minute minimum interval.
- No loud triggers. Only /ctcp triggers.
